The bus operators associated with provide several types services and amenities which are aesthetically classified in our site. does not own any type of operators and won't recommend an operator to the customer. But the customer may use our review and rating program to judge the quality of services offered by the operators. Below are the terms and conditions for the customers.

● Customers are requested to follow the timings mentioned in the ticket. The buses may arrive late due to some unavoidable reasons but if the bus arrives earlier then it will wait for the customer to arrive.

● Customers are requested keep in touch with the operator and clarify the details about the boarding point.

● Operator details will be sent to the customer through SMS. Customers are kindly requested to make sure that they provide correct contact number while booking the ticket. If the customer inadvertently provided a wrong contact number or email id, please contact our customer service personnel for assistance.

● Operators with m-ticket icon accept email or SMS form of the ticket while the rest insist a hard copy of the ticket. Customers are requested to make arrangements according to the operators they are commuting.

● Customers must carry a valid photo identity while commuting with our operators. The photo identity may include Voter-id, PAN Card, Aadhar Card and Driving License.

● will accept grievances within seven days from the date of travel. Grievances addressed after seven days won't be entertained.

● If your booked ticket is not received through E-mail or SMS then customers are requested to contact our support team and address the issue.

● won't charge for payment gateway unless they are mentioned earlier.

● Customers booking ticket through may receive alters about their bookings

Offers and Discounts

● No two offers shall be clubbed. rewards their loyal customers with offers and discounts but the customers are advised to use only one offer code per transaction. If a customer has more than one offer code we advise them to use it later.

● Notifying the customer about the ticket generation through SMS and E-mail.

● Notifying the customer about the ticket cancellation through SMS and E-mail.

● Providing voice/email support to customers regarding ticket booking, cancellation and refund issues. does not take responsibilities for the following issues listed below.

The following issues don't fall under our responsibility but we will provide assistance to our customers in solving the same.

● Incorrect data provided by the customer while booking the ticket. In this case, customers are advised to cancel the ticket and book a new one. Customers will have to bear the cancellation costs, read our ticket cancellation policy for more details.

● Bus delays due to mechanical failure and service cancellations due to accidents or mechanical failure.

● Misbehaviour by co-passengers and operator staffs.

● Damage or Loss of uninsured baggage.

● Customers arriving late to pick-up/boarding point. Our operator staff may contact the customer in certain cases but we can't make any assurances for the operator to wait for the customer’s arrival. Operators may wait for the customers if the bus arrived earlier than the boarding time mentioned in the tickets.

● shall not be held responsible for customers waiting at wrong boarding point. Customers are advised to get in touch with the operators to clarify about their boarding point.

● If your ticket is improperly booked by the agent. Then customers are advised to contact the agent directly.

● shall not be held responsible if the operators fail to provide the amenities mentioned while booking.

● We shall not be held responsible if the operator uses a different vehicle to rally the customers to a single boarding point.

● If the operator changes the type of service provided due to mechanical failure or any other reason.

● Fares mentioned in our site are controlled by our affiliates and operators so we shall not be held responsible for changes in ticket prices. reserves the right to change the fares without prior intimation.

● If seat numbers are manually altered by the bus operator.

● Some operators charge extra for certain seats so it is normal to see a price hike in seat selection page when compared to the search page. State service operators provide a concession for senior citizens so the cost appeared in seat selection page is considered as final.

● Terms and conditions regarding luggage vary according to the operators. is not responsible if the operator forces the customer to pay extra for baggage handling.

● Customers are prohibited from carrying any type of explosive material including crackers.

Failed Transactions

There will be certain instances that amount will be deducted from your account without booking a ticket. In this case, customers are advised to book a fresh ticket and proceed with a new transaction. If an amount is deducted from your account without booking the ticket then our system will refund the amount to your Wallet within 12 hours. Read our Wallet policy details in FAQ. If a customer does not wish to use Wallet then the amount will be refunded back to customer's bank account within 10 business days. The customer will have to request to us through e-mail if he/she wishes to deposit his/her refund amount in the bank account. will require customer bank account details in order to deposit the refund amount.

Ticket Cancellation

● The ticket cancellation policies differ between operators, cancellation policy of the particular ticket booked by the customer will be mentioned in the E-ticket sent to the customer.

● The cancellation cut-off time depends upon the bus start-time and boarding time.

● Ticket cancellation should be done by online only.

● will charge Rs.15 to Rs. 150 as cancellation charge for every seat. The website cancellation fee will be clubbed with the operator cancellation fee.

● Website and Operator cancellation fee are calculated based on the original fare only. Discounted fares will not be taken into account while cancelling the ticket.

● Some operators may accept partial cancellation of tickets. Please go through their terms and conditions in their ticket.

● Postponement and preponement of booked tickets are not allowed in

● If the bus service is cancelled by the operator then the customer should cancel the tickets within 15 days from the date of journey. Ticket cancellation is not allowed after 15 days in such cases and the amount will not be refunded.

● Insurance amount will not be refunded for the cancelled tickets.

● All types of taxes and service charges are non-refundable for service or ticket cancellation.

Terms and Conditions for Gifts

Gifts, Offers and Deals offered by Myticketbuddy are subjected to following terms and conditions. Customers or Passengers who are not willing to abide by the following terms and conditions are not eligible to claim any offers, gifts or deals offered by Myticketbuddy.

● Only registered users of Myticketbuddy are eligible for free gifts and offers. You can click here to register a free Myticketbuddy account.

● Offers will be classified according to various reward points earned by users during their purchases.

● A customer can avail an offer any number of times as long as he/she has enough reward points in their account.

● Myticketbuddy offers are not confined to specific routes and devices used for booking the tickets.

● Customers booking tickets through agents are not eligible for offers and gifts.

● Agents associated with Myticketbuddy have separate criteria to avail free gifts and offers.

● Myticketbuddy reserves the right to change or discontinue the offers without any prior intimation.

● Gifts displayed in Myticketbuddy inventory are provisional. Their availability is subjected to the discretion of Myticketbuddy.

● Size, Colour and Model number of gifts may vary than the one displayed in the inventory.

● A customer can claim only one gift per redemption.

● Reward points are calculated based on the base ticket fare only. Taxes and discounts won’t be taken into account to calculate reward points.

● Tickets purchased for discounted prices are not eligible to accumulate reward points.

● Clubbing of offers is not allowed.

● Myticketbuddy reserves the right to assess the eligibility of a customer to claim gifts and offers.

● Myticketbuddy reserves the right to reject any offer or gift claim made by the customer.
